Damaged furniture They just hire a truck from Value Logistics and some general workers. They dont wrap furniture as per their terms and conditions resulting in scratches and dirty mattresses etc. They dump your beds on the sand on the pavement. They lost the foot for our washing machine and we could bot use the machine for two weeks while we source the part and pay out of our own pockets, after they were paid R10000 they ignore emails.

They gave me the best price, I could not believe my eyes. This is not all, there is more to know about them. They were on time as scheduled, and the driver and his colleagues, were very friendly, and they handled my furniture with care, as well with the delivery of my furniture. We moved long distance last year, and my furniture was delivered on time. We were really so impressed with their service, that we used them again this year. I will really recommend them to anyone. Unreliable Refund Process & Poor Communication – Not Recommended I hired SA Furniture for a move scheduled at the end of March. When I had to cancel due to a job offer falling through, I gave early notice. They confirmed I was entitled to a full refund and said it would be processed by the end of March. That deadline passed without payment. Since then, I’ve received excuse after excuse. They later promised monthly installments starting mid-April—nothing was paid. After pursuing legal action, I received only R2300, a small portion of the total. They then claimed weekly payments would follow, but again, no further payments came through. Their communication, once polite and responsive, has nearly stopped altogether. It’s been extremely frustrating to deal with. I do not recommend SA Furniture. If your plans change, expect serious difficulty recovering any money. This experience has been deeply disappointing.
