Lekker Move Exceptional service from start to finish of move, affordable compedative prices. Was very impressed, no damaged items, dast and iffesient, made easy and efforless. No stressing. Team also had a deaf member that enabled him to work and earn an income, the experience and enablement for such was fun and engaging.

Professional, helpful, reliable Biddulphs helped us move from Cape Town to the Amatola Region in the Eastern Cape, from a 4th floor flat to a house. All of our things arrived intact and were carried up the long driveway of our new house with no complaints. They arrived with extra boxes and took utmost care of our belongings, including our tv and appliances

Benchmark-level service I would like to express my appreciation for the remarkable service that I was privileged to enjoy from your Biddulphs George team this past month. This has been approximately my third move with Biddulphs and also my best. In particular I wish to express gratitude for the professionalism and courtesy of Nico Burger. Out of 5 removal companies I contacted for my unusually large move, only Biddulphs expressed interest. Nico visited me in person to assess the scope and he provided considerable reassurance. He also provided advice on how to plan and structure the move for cost- and operational efficiency, which turned out to be invaluable. The removal team was thoroughly professional and displayed excellent morale. They worked very fast. They displayed great initiative. They wrapped and packed expertly. In all my years, this has been the most expertly packed removal by far. The driver, Eugene, was a master at handling his truck. The 1,000 km journey went smoothly. The final destination turned out to be a cul-de-sac street, in which Eugene displayed outstanding skills as a driver to reverse the trailers in one by one. All in all, this removal speaks of outstanding professionalism, great team spirit and benchmark-level standards. Nico followed up personally during the two day loading process, visiting once or twice to check on progress, and then followed up again upon final completion of the move. Biddulphs, Nico, Eugene and the whole team deserve special recognition. I will gladly promote and refer Biddulphs in future.

Damaged Goods and Poor Attitude - Biddulphs Pinetown Poor experience with delivery in September 2025. For some reason my previous review was removed. Biddulphs in the Cape is highly recommended but stay far away from their Pinetown branch! They get you to sign receipt of goods before you have time to check thoroughly. The damage occurred from their storage facility in Pinetown to the Upper Highway area. The following goods were damaged: 1. Desert Pot (R5k item) 2. Side Table 3. Coffee Table 4. Large Portrait was shattered in it's packaging that was clearly marked with Fragile Stickers.

To clarify the timeline of events, your delivery took place on 6 October 2025, and a complaint was first raised on or around 14 October, nearly ten days after the move was completed. Whilst your initial review entailed a "Chipped or Broken dessert pot", the subsequent issues reported to our staff concerned marks on a recipe book and an issue with an air fryer. We note that the valuation form you submitted prior to the removal taking place did not include either of these items, despite approximately 76 other items on the inventory being accounted for. We are always keen to improve our services; however, we can only resolve claims based on factual, signed-for documentation. Please reach out to the Durban branch manager for more clarity. Excellent Service Biddulphs International -Thank you! We recently relocated from South Africa to Australia, and we could not be happier with the incredible service we received from Biddulphs South Africa. From the very beginning, when their team came to professionally pack our household goods, the service was outstanding. Every single box and item was carefully wrapped and packed with great attention to detail. Our container was shipped in the first week of January, and everything arrived safely at our home in Australia in perfect condition. The team here unpacked our boxes, removed the protective packaging from our couches, chairs, and tables, and made the entire process so much easier for us. We also appreciated that they left certain items packed in boxes, such as books and things we do not currently need. One item we were especially worried about was a large glass tabletop. Biddulphs built a custom wooden crate for it, and we were amazed and incredibly grateful that it arrived completely intact without any damage. Nothing was lost or broken during the move, which speaks volumes about the professionalism and care of the entire Biddulphs team. A huge thank you to everyone at Biddulphs South Africa, as well as the staff and agents in Australia who handled everything on this side. Your service, communication, and professionalism were truly exceptional. We can highly recommend Biddulphs South Africa to anyone planning an international move.
