Great ATTITUDE Great Attitute from owner and staff. Will definately do business with them again. They went far and beyonf their duty to assit us late at night when our geyser burst and the insurance plumbers were too lazy to come out. Many people write false and bad reviews to hurt other companies but again who am I to judge. I experience pure joy working with this team. Trevor was the plumber that assited me. Terrible service <p>I've been trying for 3weeks and numerous calls to get them to fix a faulty tap which they "fixed" a month ago but it's still faulty. I've received only poor service and empty promises of calls that never happen. </p>

Drain Ratz to the rescue Whilst sitting and watching tv I noticed water coming through my ceiling. When I checked the cause I realised my geyser was at fault and there was actually a burning smell coming from the geyser. When I looked at the time I realised that it was after hours (19h00pm). I was in a panick and went onto the internet. I saw the company drainratz and to my surprise when I called them the phone was answered by a very friendly and professional lady who advised me that she would immedaitely dispatch the plumbers who assist in making my geyser safe. Two very nice guys showed up and immedaitely asssessed the situation and in no time my problem was fixed because not only did they make geyser safe they immediately fixed what was causing the problem. They went as far as fixing a leak in the bathroom that I did not call them for with no extra charge. Well done Drain Ratz, Keep up the good work and I would recommend this company to anyone having plumbing problems.

I would be prepared to give Drain Ratz a second chance in the future as you have demonstrated goodwill. I also accept your information given to me that contractors are affiliated under your brand and act independently, You further explained there is an internal review and as such purge any bad apples. You further stated the contractor in this instance would be monitored for further transgressions.
