Terrible service I've been trying for 3weeks and numerous calls to get them to fix a faulty tap which they "fixed" a month ago but it's still faulty. I've received only poor service and empty promises of calls that never happen.
Damage Control Dear Leila, Thank you for your text message and written reply above, I accept your apology on behalf of the holding company / franchise. I would be prepared to give Drain Ratz a second chance in the future as you have demonstrated goodwill. I also accept your information given to me that contractors are affiliated under your brand and act independently, You further explained there is an internal review and as such purge any bad apples. You further stated the contractor in this instance would be monitored for further transgressions. I believe you have taken every step necessary to act in the best interests of the customer.
