I am absolutely astonished by the conduct of Schmidhauser in what should have been a straightforward matter. Despite repeated correspondence over many months clearly explaining that I am NOT their client, and despite the fact that the disputed costs relate largely to a separate new-build project NOT related to me in any way, the company has chosen to ignore the facts and instead pursue threats, ************, debt collection processes and threats of adverse credit bureau reporting against me personally. At no point has there been any meaningful attempt to properly review the documentation or address the core issue: namely that I am being invoiced ( and threatened ) for costs which were incorrectly allocated from the outset. Instead, the response has simply escalated from aggressive phone call by Daniel Schmidhauser to written threats from him and third-party debt collector representatives. For the record: 1. I am not their client. 2. Their client is the representative of the new house build, or whichever party initially engaged and contracted their services. 3. My involvement was limited to facilitating and giving access through our property so that cables could be laid to the new house and boundary boxes installed. 4. I do not dispute that a small portion of the work related specifically to my property, and I have consistently stated that I am willing to pay the reasonable costs associated with that work. 5. This position was conveyed in writing on 2025/06/17 8:26 AM What is most concerning is the apparent willingness to threaten an individual and his family in order to force payment of a disputed account, rather than professionally resolve what is clearly an administrative and contractual blunder. Consumers and homeowners should think very carefully before engaging with a company that appears more interested in ************ and escalation than accountability and proper review. Disappointing, unnecessary, and entirely avoidable by a company which had a reasonable reputation.

I give respect for how Scmidthauser Management team have `dealt with an on site altercation with regards to their on site staff members and how they managed the proposed solution to the situation that occured on a site. They have proven to be focused on client satisfaction and have shown acceptance of responsdibility and are determined to ensure client satisfaction Thumbs Up.

We are a big Estate. Had real big urgent problems. Schmidhauser did go out of their way to help us, repair, and assist us. They have done a great and good job. We will definitely recommend them and use them in future. Thank you Schmidhauser!
