Workflow tools and future analytics cannot change search rank, badge meaning, imported review visibility, or whether missing evidence is shown to homeowners. Once verified, a match with current business contact evidence can open the dashboard; otherwise our review team checks the claim and we email the decision, typically within 2 working days.
