Damaged goods no assistance I bought a univa oven and hob from MFA in January this year. The oven stopped working last week. I've reported it hoping to get urgent assistance but now a week later, I'm still chasing them for assistance. I need them to send someone to fix my stove or replace it. It's still new. They want a serial number. How can I give them that when the stove is built into the cupboard? I'm wasting R100s on air time trying to sort this out. Can someone please help me?Order #356453] (January 20, 2026)... Univa - Black Undercounter Oven with Black Hob - U336B SKU: U336B I don't have the invoice. I only have the emails showing that the stove was being delivered to me. I'm desperate guys. MFA should have a copy of the invoice because it's not that old only 4 months ago. I need help please! I received a ticket number for reporting the issue on Monday, also no response even though they promised to call me within 2 hours!
Pathetic Customer Service I have a KIC fridge to be returned and refunded. The fridge has a year warranty remaining but the door is a problem and I contacted KiC directly to sort this out. On inspection, the technician advised that the fridge needs to be exchanged or refunded. KIC sent me the invoice that they credited the store the full amount and that the store can refund my money as I'm not happy with other options in store. There has been no contact whatsoever to pick up the fridge and return my money from the store. When it came to purchasing the item then delivery was arranged very quickly but to pick up and refund the fridge then I have to wait for a regional manager and so on to authorise it. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting. Absolutely terrible customer service and wouldn't recommend a transaction with this store in future. They have been reimbursed by the supplier and ignored my request to return my money!!! This is the store in Shallcross...
Bad customer experience, Not happy at all I recently bought A bed ,2 plate stove,kettle and a mirror online ...after a day I received email that my bed can't be delivered to me I have to come collect the bed myself ...I then told them I dnt have transport to collect I rather have a refund for the bed ,ok so now they said I will receive the rest of the items and get my refund for my bed ...,I send millions of emails to them with mo response,this people will only get back to u after 2 days no response from watsaap as well ...mind you I made my online order on the 27 of April ...this people are dragging my quiery and it's been a week going back and forth with them ,now they tell me that other items that was supposed to be delivered are out of stock ,just imagine for a whole 5 days that I have been talking and sending them emails they failed to even reserve the items I ordered,now they say I can't get my refund I must wait for 10 days before I get my money back...whose fault is it from 28th of April today it's the 9th of may ..MFA is failing their customers and very slow to attend to queries...I'm very mad now my kids dnt have a. Bed to sleep on and it's very cold now that is winter while MUlTI FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES want me to wait for 10 days for my money

Most Horrible Experience The most horrible experience I've ever had to be honest with you. Bought two wardrobes, one got completely damaged while trying to assemble it. Literally broke into pieces. I managed to get the second one assembled but the material is terrible. I informed MFA and I was told to let the assemble head of department to assist me. I called and texted to no avail. I regret ever buying these things from them.
