Bad My parents have been long-time customers. The owner, Charles, quoted them on the replacement of thermostats for a fridge, only for his workmen to find that the fridge doesn't have any. His workmen also didn't have the parts to fix another fridge quoted on. Despite promises, they've never returned to complete the work. He offered a refund for the non-existent thermostats, but not the labour. Despite many calls and mails over weeks, the refund has never been given.
