“Absolutely amazing service When my dura swing gate motor broke, a technician I found on line told me to buy a transformer, I then called Dace security in Kempton park, spoke to Danie who sounded like a genuinely pleasant person on the phone. This was further confirmed when I got to the premises and had an encounter with him. After installing the transformer, my gate motor worked for one day only and stopped working. I then kept calling Dace just to ask for advice (all technicians charge a callout fee to diagnose and some misdiagnose), I spoke to Danie on some occasions on others I spoke to Mandy. To my surprise, Mandy was just as pleasant, genuine and helpful as Danie I just assumed that they are brother and sister who were raised well. Both Mandy and Danie advices me to take out the motor and bring it to the shop for diagnoses. Danie told me me how. I managed to take the motor to the shop, Mandy and Dannie went out of their way to assist me, exchanged my faulty PC board for a sparkling working one hassle free and re-set my motor. I came out a happy, satisfied patron. It is because of such people that the world can be a better place, genuinely wonderful individuals. I am forever grateful.”
