Unsatisfied service. Very poor service I sent mt tumble dryer in to be repaired by Bergens in Vdbp. I had to send it back 2 more time and its still not fixed. I also sent my ice maker in as it stopped making ice and the alarm were permanently screaming although it had water and was not over full. When I received it back it was leaking water all over my dishwasher and damaged to top of the dishwasher. The alarm was not working at all since I received it back from Bergens. I told the ladies in the office and they arranged for the items to be collected from my house again the next day. The afternoon after they let me know that the items have been tested and they widnessed that all was in working condition. I asked them if the alarm of the ice maker is now working, but has not heard from them since. When I got home from work the next day, the items has been returned to me and still not in working order. Very upset as they caused me alot of damage and a lot of money. I would have been better of not getting anything fixed there at all. As both items are not working witch I paid for and my dishwasher is now damaged.
Burgens unprofessional and ********* I requested a quote on my Samsung washing machine and a technician came on site and stated that he suspects the bearings need to be changed and stated that they will send me a quote and they then took the machine away,I then received a quote and hour later for an amount of R1660 and there was a quote number and it stated 2 x bearings and oil seal needs replacement I have the go ahead and they even gave a thumbs up.I received a call from a lady from that branch stating that I need to pay another R1200 for another part,she was extremely rude and stated she owned the store which I found out later was incorrect,I called the owner John and explained to him the situation to which he initially agreed then he calls me back and takes his staff part stating that they do initial assessment which happened and then further assessment which is a load of **** as why would you provide a quote and then give a further amount this is ********* and unprofessional...please don't Burgens yoi will regret it,unprofessional and ********* behaviour!!!
BERGENS APPLIANCE KRUGERSDORP ⚠️ Public Warning – My Experience with Bergens Appliance Repairs (Krugersdorp) I want to share my personal experience with Bergens Appliance Repairs in Krugersdorp so that other people can make informed decisions before using their services. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Their process requires payment upfront before they even properly inspect the appliance. After payment is made, they then provide a quote for repairs. The problem I experienced is that when the appliance still had issues afterwards, instead of resolving the original problem, they simply quoted again for something new that supposedly needed repair. This has now happened more than once, which raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their diagnostics and repair process. In my opinion the service is: Unprofessional Poorly diagnosed repairs Repeated additional costs after the initial payment I strongly advise anyone considering using them to be cautious and ask very clear questions about costs and diagnostics before paying anything upfront. This is simply my experience, but I felt it necessary to warn others so they can avoid the same frustration. If you have had similar experiences, please share them so that consumers can be better informed.
**** BY BERGENS WILRO PARK 79 OUKLIP I answered an advert for sale of a fridge at BERGENS at 79 OUKLIP ROAD WILRO PARK We were told it's in good working order in storage, and we can view it the next day Upon arrival, we were presented with a unit that looked presentable on the outside The inside firstly it could not open for the dirt caked on the rubbers then the stink that came out LEFT US RUNNING OUT OF THERE ! Absolutely disgusting and for some reason they do not believe they are running a sale **** ! This is unacceptable - no one can claim their petrol for going out to look at this nonsese ! bergens is meant to have a good reputation ! THIS SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED !

Refusal to pay back money. Had my freezer with them for 2 months. They were fixing and returning it every 2 weeks. They did not answer their phones to give feedback. I had to drive there and see them ignoring calls coming in. They gave a 3 month money back guarantee. I demanded my money back. They do not want to pay me back. I phoned head office to get my money. They promised to give me half of the money back. I have not been paid till this day. So my advice is to stay away from them. Very poor service.
SHOCKING SERVICE & PRICING I can't understand how you can run a business like this. We took our vacuum cleaner in to get a quote for repairs, they said 24 hours it has taken a week before we got a quote and only after we said we are coming to collect our machine as this is taking too long we received the quote, to our shock the quote was three times the value of the vacuum cleaner.
